a 66-unit apartment community located within The Crossroads Shopping Center in the City of La Mesa.
This project incorporated a variety of design considerations to provide quality of life improvements to the neighboring community via road re-alignment and other safety measures. The consultant design team provided thoughtful interplay between the existing commercial properties it surrounds with a vibrant new residential community.
Dolvin Buchanan was Project Manager/Lead for this project while employed at another engineering firm.
