We Build Clarity
Land development is a messy process. We clear the way with permit processing, technical analyses, construction support, surveying and more
Civil Engineering & Land Development
Technical Reports
We provide reports for a variety of public agencies pertaining to hydrology and hydraulics.
The treatment of stormwater runoff is required in California with varying requirements at many difference agencies. We provide studies that document compliance with storm water regulations.
Storm Water Management Model is an additional storm water compliance report that can reduce the required hydromod storage amount of by up to 35%.
A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is required under California's Industrial General Permit. It documents pollution control measures as part of construction activities.
A Water Pollution Control Plan is a version of a SWPPP for projects that are less than an acre.
Plan/Permit Sets
Plans that determine elevations of rough pads and design of storm drain systems.
Plans that provide information on service pulls (water, sewer, etc) as well as public realm surface improvements.
Specific spot elevation data for the determination of ADA locations, precise drainage features and walkways.
Engineering related to the design and concept phase of a new project. Primarily for the forming and feasibility of a project.
Construction Support
Guidance for construction teams as it relates to in-field development of engineered plans.
Documentation of built conditions and confirmation with agency as part of the bond release process.
Geomatics & Land Surveying
Location of surface features of a property, and depiction of planimetric data (buildings, sidewalk, hydrants) and contour elevations.
Provides a research driven retracement of a landowner’s property. Field measurement and legal research are used to aid in defining the boundaries of a subject property.
Recordable documents that provide the means to adjust lot lines, and subdivide existing parcels/lots.
Easement plats are exhibits that visualize the location of an easement, usually accompanied with a written legal description that provides a verbal accounting of the easement desired.
FEMA Flood Certifications are used to reduce the requirement for Flood Insurance. They are based upon surveyed elevation data and its relationship to published base flood elevations from FEMA maps.
America Land Title Association survey and maps, are provided prior to, and post construction and purchase/sale of property. Typically required as part of a title company commitment or certification.
